Our Story
Colorado Insurance Shop was founded by Nick Harte, a Colorado family man inspired by two generations of insurance agents before him: his grandfather, Erwin G. Hartmann (“Popo”), and his mother, Cynthia G. Harte. Popo served in the Navy before building and running his own insurance agency for 42 years. Insurance runs in the family — and that legacy of honest, personal service is what Colorado Insurance Shop is built on.
